Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms Services 11g

Hi!

On a Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g installation i try to start the Testform via the "Web Form Tester" homepage.
When i run the form it takes some time and i get the error page:

h5. Failure of server APACHE bridge
h6. No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotend set to OFF
btw: how can i check if WLS_FORMS is running?

any ideas?
