Oracle Fusion Middleware 12C - webutil related errors

I am able to run reports from my application without any problem when destination type is cache. But when I choose destination type as file, I am getting some webutil related errors. Please help.

This error window comes after FRM-41214, then comes Terminated_with_error, file download failed: 100501: Non-oracle exception
