Oracle Forms10G - Runtime error

Hi,
I am getting an error "FRM-40735:ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508"
when I try to launch a Form. I am using Oracle Forms 10G version Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.3.0 (Production)
I have also checked to see that the OC4J instance is running.
What could be the reason for this error ? Please advise.
