oracle.forms.webutil.ole.OleFunctions bean not found

Hi Everyone!

Please help me sort out the subject issue, I have been facing for last 2 months after upgrading my forms from Oracle Forms 10g to 12c (12.2.1.3). In fact, to make sure my webutil configuration I ran oracle provided "Webutil_demo.fmb", in which all the functions (beans) are working except "Webuit Client Side Ole Functions - 12.2.1.3". I tried my level best but all in vain. On design time it is there but on run time it's not. For reference, I'm attaching screenshots taken.
