Oracle forms to j2ee

Hello friends,

The company that I am working with have a very complex oracle form. They wants to have a web based version of it. How easy it is for 'a person' to create it. If I use jheadstart, will it have all the functionalities or look. And they are looking for getting a complete java module out of it. But I tried to explain them, you wont get fully java codes with jheadstart.

so in summary

How easy for a normal programmer to convert Oracle forms(just one complexly developed oracle form) to j2ee/web-version ?
Will jheadstart do an awesome job / can i customize the output from jheadstart?

thanks,

Santhosh
