Oracle forms/reports 12c | Start Menu Items

Hi guys

I installed and configured Oracle weblogic 12c (12.2.1), Forms & reports 12c (Windows 10 64bit Professional, 16GB RAM, i7 processor rig) and able to start Weblogic admin server, wls_forms (wls_reports not yet configured). The only start menu item I could see as shown below with the image

I ain't sure what exactly I have missed during the installation and configuration (followed Oracle® Fusion Middleware, Installing Oracle Forms and Reports, 12c (12.2.1), E66264-01) for the installation and configuration. Please help me
