Oracle forms questions

Hi Oracle forms experts,

I need some advice on how to simulate the data block wizard in oracle forms. Specificially, I am trying to simulate the
screen where you are asked to select a table and then choose which columns you want by pressing the '>' or '>>' buttons. This then 'moves' the 'available column' to the 'database item' window.

Hope this is clear.....

I would include the screen shot, but I'm not sure how to add attachments to these threads.
