Oracle forms/ PL/SQL to .Net .... Where to Go....?

Dear Experts,

Please guide me Where shuld I start learning .net
as I have to convert my 10g Oracle Forms into ASP.net (aspx) web pages....

I dont know C, C++ and Java at all.....

Please guide me Which language I should Learn which is suitable to me as I only know PL/SQL as I find VB.net difficult.
