Oracle Forms & Java 8.131 can't copy and paste or print

Ever since we updated the users to the latest version of Java 8.131, we are unable to copy and paste from external applications into Oracle forms and vice versa.

we are able to copy and paste from different areas within the Oracle form, just anything external like copy from Outlook, notepad, excel... will not work.

We tried to add .java.policy file on the local user home, did a restart and still not working. Reverting everyone back to 8.121 works fine.
