Oracle Forms, getting ORA-00904: "NOT_GESTATION_WEEKS": invalid identifier.

Oracle Forms added a new column to data block, set Database Item = Yes, Column Name = NOT_GESTATION_WEEKS, but getting ORA-00904: "NOT_GESTATION_WEEKS": invalid identifier, when running the form.

identifier definitely exists on the table.

What am I doing wrong?
