Oracle forms - do not dispaly my custom message if no change in oracle form

Hi

I do not want to display "susre you want to save" if nothing change in oracle form.

I am doing execute query (with button pressed) in one block for one record when second time i am pressing the same button for execute it saves the records and
do execute query . i am also showing message "sure you want to save" before execute query.

this message dispalying everytime if change the data or not. this message should display only when i am chnaging the data in any block.
