Oracle Forms Developer licence information

My team member has Oracle Forms Developer installed on her machine. It was installed long time back maybe about a year ago.
Now i need to install the Oracle forms Developer on my machine. the Licence Information was required for the same.
Can anyone please tell me, how to find the licence information from the installed software?
