Oracle forms application automatically popup from background.

We are on Oracle Forms 11.1.1.2 and JRE version 1.6.0_18.
Recently we noticed that Oracle forms application automatically popup/displayed(came to foreground) when user working other tasks(example: word document or internet browsing or excel etc..)

We noticed this behavior if Oracle forms application is ideal for around 30mins then it automatically pops up.

Example: User has opened Windows word, outlook mail, Oracle forms application and couple of Internet explorer sessions.
Oracle forms application is idle(user haven’t touched) for about 30mins. Oracle forms application automatically pops up while user is actively working on the Microsoft word document.

Is there any setting in JRE or windows IE that cause the Oracle forms application to popup automatically?
