Oracle forms 6i Installation issue -windows 7 Enterprise

Hi All

We are having issues installing Forms 6i on Citrix desktop (OS:windows 7 Enterprise) Appears to be Compatibility issue (Program Compatibility assistant is popping up)
attaching screenshot, While we are able to install Forms 6i on Citrix desktop (OS :Windows Server 2008) with out any issues.
