Oracle Forms 6i Download cannot unzip

I cannot unzip the downlaod for Oracle 6i Forms from the URL:
http://otn.oracle.com/software/products/forms/htdocs/winsoft.html

The page says the file size of 6i_rel2_xp.zip should be 270,162,711 bytes, but after downloading, the file size is only 61,333,504 bytes.

Please let me know how to resolve this problem or if there is an alternate download URL available.
