Oracle forms 6i crashes and uiw60.dll

I have an Oracle form that exits out( crashes) when the oracle Print Function
is pressed on one machine only. It only happens on one PC and only when the Print Function is used. All other form applications on this PC and same thing for all other users work fine.I have the current patch 17 for forms 6i .The dump file genereated attributes the crash to uiw60.dll

ERROR: Abnormal termination, Error Code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

i have re-installed Oracle runtime components but with no success.

Please help with any suggestions causing the crash.
