Oracle Forms 6i and Oracle 9i Developer Suite

I am confused about the different products which Oracle has especially with the latest releases.

Is Oracle Forms 6i same or included in the Oracle 9i Developer Suite?
Is the 9i Forms just an update of Forms 6i?

I have been looking at the requirements of Oracle 9i Developer Suite and it only indicates Windows 2000/NT/XP for its operating system.

Can Oracle 9i Developer Suite run on Windows 98?
