Oracle Forms 12c- Report Parameter font in Greek characters

We recently upgraded our Oracle forms & report environment to 12c (12.2.1.3) and discovered an issue with the font whereas both the report parameter fields and the reports were displaying in Greek characters.

The report display issue has been resolved. However, I am unable to determine how to fix the report parameter fields (see below). Has anyone experienced this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
