Oracle forms 12c only works with webstart

Hi All,
I have installed Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 and Oracle Forms Reports Deployment 12.2.1.4.0 on Windows Server 2019.
I run the forms trough Java using JNLP file (Webstart = Enabled) as I cannot get forms to run in a browser.
Is there a way to run Oracle Forms 12c in a browser (Chrome, Safari and Firefox)?
