Oracle forms 12c installation MSVCP100.dll issue

Team,

After installing oracle forms and reports 12c (12.2.1) on windows server 2012 R2, we are unable to open form builder and report builder.

We are getting an error stating that MSVCP100.dll is missing. we have installed Microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable x64 - 11.0.61030.0 as well.

Anything else we need to install for form builder and report builder to work ?
