Oracle Forms 12.2.1.2 Triggers not firing

Hello,

I just started to do some examples on forms. I watched some tutorials. Anyway i put a when-button-pressed trigger to my button. And trigger got a sql like this

open_form('/oracle/app/oracle/middleware/forms/LOGIN.fmx');

When i press the button nothing happens. I put a when-new-form-instance trigger to my form to see any messages.

message('test message');

When i run my form nothing happend. Message didnt show up. Is there anything i'm missing about that triggers?
