Oracle Forms 11g show blank page

Hi,

I have installed Weblogic 10.3.6 and Oracle Forms and Reports 11g on a windows server. All products were installed successfully and working fine but when I try to open the forms page it only shows blank page. I even tried to run it locally and only shows an x icon on the left side.The java version is 1.6.0_35

I need your help on how to resolve this one.
