Oracle Forms 11g not running in windows10

Hi ,

i have been facing an issue while running the oracle forms 11g application. My laptop configuration is Windows 10 ,64 bit & 8 gb RAM . Java version is 1.6.12 of 64 bit.Have able to installed weblogic server 10.3.6 & fusion middleware 11g.Can able to run weblogic server , weblogic form server.Have created a test form with sample buttons which is enable & visible mode.Its successfully compiled & generating fmx too.The problem is while running it in IE a blank screen is shown instead of the button i expected.Please help me to run any form application.
