oracle forms 11g character set for tamil language

Dear Sir,

i am installed oracle 11g forms and reports on my windows 2008 r2 server.

i changed NLS_CHARACTER SET = HINDI_INDIA.UTF8 in regedit   for hindi language its working on oracle 11g forms service.

but now i changed NLS_CHARACTER SET = TAMIL_INDIA.UTF8 for tamil language it not working .. shows ????????


please do the need ful
