Oracle Forms 10g Runtime Error

Hi,
I am new to Oracle forms. I have created the form, compiled successfully. But when I ran the form its opening an Internet Explorer Page but not displaying anything on the page.After some time its showing an error "Internet Explorer has stopped working" . This is happen every time when I run the form.

Please suggest me how to run a form in the form application and also in the Internet Explorer web page.
