Oracle Forms 10g issue on all web browsers

Hi Team,

I am currently learning Oracle Forms and reports. While running form (.fmx) it is not getting displayed on Web browser and giving me error as  "A plugin is needed to display the content".

I tried to execute this form on Mozilla, Chrome and internet explorer 11 all giving same error.

Oracle forms & Reports  : 10g

Operating System          : Windows 8.1(64-bit)

Internet Explorer             : 11 ,

JRE                               : JRE8u51 Windowsx64

JDK                               : JDK8u51-Windowsx64

Please suggest the approach to proceed further.

Although i downloaded Oracle 11g forms and reports but i guess that is not supporting Windows 8.1 (latest version).

Waiting for prompt replies.
