Oracle Forms 10g in static IP

Hi All,

I have developed my application in Oracle forms 10g and i have installed in server. I am access this forms url from server using Static IP. Server has high speed internet access.

In this application I have used 3 to 5 jar files(developed own).

My problem is,

Application is opening very slowly due to loading of this jar files.

While opening every time, it downloads all the jar files for all forms.

Is there any possible ways to fast my application?

Its an urgent requirement. Please help.
