oracle forms 10g Debug

Hi gurus,

I am trying to debug a form in 10g but not getting any results... i tried the following steps.

1.My application server is running and my deoployed apps is also running..

2. open a local form and connect it with Database

3.open edit -> prefences -> runtime then in APPLICATION SERVER URL i put : http://EME.INT.DSG.CORP:7779/forms/frmservlet (my app server listner)

4. from toolbar i use the option RUN FORM DEBUG

it is opening a windows for oracle application server only.. form is not running

i also tried edit -> prefences -> runtime (check/un-checked) DEBUG MESSAGES check box also.

Please help me out how can i do the debug (break points etc)
