Oracle forms 10g Application JInitiator warning FRM-92095

While trying run a Oracle Forms 10g application or any test form, I am experiencing errors.

Error : FRM-92095 : Oracle JInitiator version too low. Please install version 1.1.8.2 or higher.

But i have installed Oracle JInitiator 1.3.1.26 and also Java 7 update 25.

Can somebody suggest how to remedy this error
