Oracle form running error

dear all.

i am using oracle forms 12c R4 and database 12c.

i configured webutil and signed the jars after that i am getting the following error.

ExitException[ 3]com.sun.deploy.security.BlockedException: Your security settings have blocked a self-signed application from running

at sun.plugin2.applet.JNLP2Manager.prepareLaunchFile(Unknown Source)

at sun.plugin2.applet.JNLP2Manager.loadJarFiles(Unknown Source)

at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source)

at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

i googled a lot found some to add exception site list in java security but it did not help me

please guide me and help me out.
