Oracle Financial Analytics AP, AR balances not matching with source

We have been implementing the Oracle Fin analytics with PeopleSoft financials as source.

Althouth the trail balance, balance sheet and P&L statement have matched, the AP, AR balances are not matching with the source extracts

Supplier_by_AP_balance
Customer_by_AR-Balance

Somehow the logic used in the vanilla reports seem to be using a different logic. Can anyone illustrate what should be the source extract to arrive at the data for the above reports.
