自宅のPCのVMware上にWindowsのクラスタ環境を構築しています。
その中で、表題のエラーが出て先に進めなくなってしまいました。
色々とサイトの事例を検索していても、解決策が見つからず手詰まり状態です。
対処方法をご存じの方は教えていただきたいです。
環境としては以下の通りです。
・ノード１とノード２にWindows Server 2019 Datacenter Edition
Oracle database19.3
Oracle Fail Safe 4.2
共有ディスクにFreeNAS11.3-U2
他にActive Directory コントローラーとして２台。１台はDNS兼用。
・大まかな作業の流れは以下のような手順で行っています。
1.Windows server2019インストール（両ノード)
2.ネットワークの設定（両ノード）
3.Acctive Directoryドメインサービスの追加
4.NASの設定
5.共有ディスクの設定（両ノード）
6.フェールオーバークラスターのインストール、設定（両ノード）
7.Oracle Database19.3インストール（両ノード）
8.Oracle Fail Safe4.2インストール（両ノード）
9.DBCA（運用ノード）
10.Oracle Fail Safe Managerの設定（運用ノード）
手順9までは終わり、Oracle Fail Safe Managerの設定で作成したDBにリソース追加を
行うと以下のエラーが出ます。
FS-10890:Oracle Fail Safeはadd操作中に失敗しました
FS-10818:Oracle Databaseリソース・プロパティで、リソースORCLresの構成処理の準備中に失敗しました。
FS-10201:ホームOraDB19Home1のサービス・ユーザの検証中にエラーが発生しました
0x523:指定された生は正しい形式のアカウント名ではありません。
お判りの方がいらっしゃいましたら教えてください。

It is FreeNAS11.3-U2 to shared disk
Elsewhere as Active Directory controller two. One is a DNS combined use.
・The rough workflow goes in the following procedures.
1.Windows server2019 installation (both nodes)
2.Setting of the network (both nodes)
3.Addition of the Acctive Directory domain service
4.Setting of NAS
5.Setting of the shared disk (both nodes)
6.Installation, setting of the Fail Over Cluster (both nodes)
7.Oracle Database19.3 installation (both nodes)
8.Oracle Fail Safe4.2 installation (both nodes)
9.DBCA (node1)
10.Setting of Oracle Fail Safe Manager （node1)
It is over to procedure 9, and the following errors leave when I perform resource addition in DB which I made in OFSM(Oracle Fail Safe Manager).
FS-10890, FS-10818, FS-10201
