Oracle Express Server 6.4.8 System Error RSALOC02

Very recently I have been seeing this message appear when trying to run some standard profiled distributions. The server reported a STACK DUMP error message last week - Server was restarted and appeared to resolve the issue of submitting data from the subs to the super.
