Oracle express edition 11g R2 unable to install

Hi,

i was trying to install oracle 11g R2 on my laptop when i downloaded from OTN i have unzipped both the files in one folder and i clicked on Setup to install it and when i click the desktop class the setup screen disappears and it starts from first.

I don't what was the problem. Can anyone please guide me what to do.
