Oracle Express 11g 2 stop working on windows 10

Hi,

I am having an issue on several windows 10 pro PC where I have an Oracle Database Express 11g 2 installed.

During the first few days of installation all was working perfectly but soon after the database does note start at start up / Boot.

I have to manually start the services in windows services. The PC on which the Database is installed are restricted user.

The same PC was running windows 7 Pro before and all was working perfectly well. Can you guys help me out.
