Oracle Explorer on Solaris 11 (SPARC)

Bit new to Solaris. Recently I am trying to install the Oracle Explorer on Fresh Solaris 11 (T4-1 SPARC) system, using the steps mentioned in http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11857_01/em.111/e21076/ch1_install.htm. But after installation. I am unable to locate the command. Am I using the right steps?? If not, plz refer correct one.

And I am surprise to know that, it is not installed by default in new machine. But for support, explorer output is must. Looks like a scam :)
