Oracle.exe taking high memory

Hello,I got an error Ora-04030:-ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 3842688 bytes (session heap,kgich) on oracle 11gr2 On windows 8.

My ram is of 16gb

sga_max_size =8g
Pga_aggregate_target=1.5g

Oracle.exe goes upto 15gb.

how it is possible?
