421909Jan 2 2011 — edited Jan 3 2011Hello friends, I need your advice for my thread. Our environement is ORACLE10G with windows 2003 server. Our application some screen taking a long time to respond especially for query opeation. While check the performance issue throug OEM, I found some sessions having more USER I/O AND wait also. All are same users. But no one is working with that user to run application. What is going on in the server side. Can i kill that sessions. What would be the reacation if i kill it. Please advice me to solve the performance degradation. thanks.
