oracle.exe cpu and memory usage

Hi Experts ..

oracle.exe is consuming >95% of cpu usage and 350MB of (memory usage and keep increasing), how can I control this? I have 1.25GB of RAM, and I think 400MB of memory usage is fine, but why >95% of CPU usage?
