Oracle Error: How do you change Forms from Database Datablock to Query type?

Hey Experts.

I am a newbie in Oracle Forms.

I have a problem concerning database data block.

I need to change the data block to NO because of information overflow in our DB.

Question is how/where do I start changing/editing the codes?
