Oracle equivalent for SQLServer SMO objects?

3932878Apr 16 2019 — edited Apr 22 2019

I'm new to Oracle and coming from SQL-Server background. I was wondering what (if any) is the equivalent of SqlServer's SMO (SQL Server Management Objects i.e the ability to manage the databases, services, jobs on SQL Server in programmatic way)? Please suggest.
