Oracle EPM outline members pushing down to Essbase issue

We are experiencing a strange issue for last 6 months.After Daily automation, our reports fail saying "
Query failed with the following description. You may need to run a refresh database to resolve missing members. Description: Unknown Member E268576 used in query" .

We had remove and readd these members to resolve the issue .We tried the below options but it did not work .

  1. Recreated application from scratch.
  2. Autocorrect errors and refresh the app

Oracle SR is not helpful .We tried our best to escalate and it is not easy to sustain like .Any other ideas would be helpful
