Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse does not install on Eclipse Helios

I installed:

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Helios Release
Build id: 20100617-1415

Then tried to "install new software" the Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse from Eclipse using this link: http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/galileo.

I got this error while eclipse was checking the dependencies of Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Oracle Database Tools 1.5.0.201003170852 (oracle.eclipse.tools.galileo.database.feature.group 1.5.0.201003170852)
Missing requirement: Oracle Database Tools 1.5.0.201003170852 (oracle.eclipse.tools.galileo.database.feature.group 1.5.0.201003170852) requires 'org.eclipse.platform.feature.group [3.5.1,3.6.0)' but it could not be found

Is Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse supposed to work on Helios?
