Oracle Enterprise Metadata Managenent Error ([MBCM_E0048] MIMB did not complete successfully)

When we are trying to import ODI project in OEMM its given error [MBCM_E0048] MIMB did not complete successfully . Can any one help me how to resolve this issue as early as possible.

--Attached the error log

We are using OEMM Version 12.1.3.0.2 and ODI 11.1.1.7.0
