Oracle Enterprise Manager -- Windows or Linux

Hi all,

Actually I'm planning to start using Oracle grid control to monitor all the different databases (Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g & SQL server 2000,2005,2008) within our organisation. But i am unable to decide whether to install on a windows server or Linux server.
Can you pls advise what are the different factors to take into consideration that will help me take this decision.
