oracle enterprise manager login

Hi members,

i already install oracle 11g R2, and was successfully installation, now i tried to log in oracle enterprise manager but i didn't know what is user and password, i find the kind of connect as "NORMAL" or

"SYSDBA" however how i know the default username, password for oracle enterprise manager.

also other question, i install oracle database 11g at desktop computer, now i want to connect database using SQL developer from my laptop using WiFi connection, and desktop that already have

database use DSL connection.

pls: could explain the steps how do it.
