Oracle Enterprise Manager installation - psapi.dll and OPMN PM error...

Hello,

I am trying install Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for Microsoft Windows (32-bit) on Windows XP Home Edition with option New Database.

During installation i got error message GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL ...

If I ve examined hard drive for PSAPI.DLL, I ve found PSAPI.DLL missing that function in...\Temp\Orainstall ... It looks as Oracle is distributed with wrong dll?

I clicked continue and during installation I ve got another error message... Oracle Enterprise Manager OPMN Process Manager failed to start

After installation if I try to start OEM.... (opmnctl.exe startall) I got message NLS initialization failed... :(
