Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.3.0.0 database templates

Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.3.0.0 is now GA and available for download, unfortunately the current 13.3.0.0 documentation links back to 13.2.0.0 library and the Database Templates are not yet visible.

I would prefer to wait for the EM 13.3 Docs and 12.2 Database templates to become available before I upgrade or perform new installs, is there an ETA for these yet ?
