Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g grid control

Hi,

I am new to this OEM Grid Control..

softwares:

.i have OEM 10g Grid Control and 10.2.0.3 patch for OEM 10g Grid Control....

Target Machines:

(a) I have one Apps 11i Database
(b) I have one 10g Database for another application

I want to monitor the above 2 database using OEM 10g grid control...Can I install the OEM 10g grid control in the above machines ....repository in the above one of the database????..or do i need to do in another seperate machine....do i need to create another database ?????

please suggest..how can i go forward...please help me...how to do this...
