Dear Experts

We are planning to do some POC with Oracle EDQ 12.1.1 version. I am looking for below information before starting this.

1. Is Oracle EDQ available free to download and Install?

2. What is the license information I need to know?

3. Is EDQ free to install and use for POC purpose?

I refered below links but could not understand much from them.
